Peterborough has had its 59th COVID-19 death since the beginning of the pandemic.
Public health officials announced the latest victim was a woman in her 90s who was vaccinated.
Right now, there are nine COVID-19-related patients at PRHC.
There are also six ongoing outbreaks including on two units at the Fairhaven long-term-care home.
