Gas prices are continuing to climb and it is no doubt having an impact on the pocket book of local drivers.

Ontario Energy Minister Todd Smith says they are looking at ways to lower costs for drivers, and is calling on the federal government to pause the planned increase to the carbon tax on April 1st.
According to GasBuddy.com, the price of gas in Peterborough is hovering around $1.80 a litre.
