Mike Marcoccia is no longer the Head Coach at Electric City FC.
The team made the announcement this morning that the organization and Marcoccia have mutually agreed to part ways, and out of respect for his privacy, said that no further comments would be made.
President Rob Jenkins says Randy Ribeiro will act as Interim Head Coach for both the men’s and women’s programs.
Jenkins adds that a number of options were interviewed when Marcoccia was first hired, so they are familiar with a few other coaches.
Electric City FC is getting set to start its first season of League1 Ontario play, and has announced the signing of four players including Zach Ellis-Hayden and Bradley Heath on the men’s side, and Kayla McQueen and Sona Makulova on the women’s side.
