Results from the 2021 Business Count Survey are in.
Council received a presentation from Peterborough and the Kawarthas Economic Development last night.
The Business Count Survey team counted over 3600 businesses in the region, accounting for more than 20,000 jobs.
Almost 1600 new business entries were entered into the database in 2021. Inventory was also taken of the commercial footprint of more 730 businesses amassing more than 11-million square feet, denoted by industry.
