Peterborough’s Medical Officer of Health says not being able to say no is what led to her taking on a new position with Alberta Health.
Dr. Rosana Salvaterra says it’ll be a good change of pace for her, as she was originally set to retire.
Salvaterra adds that not being on call every day is something she’s looking forward to. She originally announced her retirement earlier this year.
