A Peterborough man has been arrested after an incident on Sunday morning.
Peterborough Police say just after midnight, officers were called to a parking lot near Parkhill Road and Water Street after reports a man was physically threatened by another man with a knife.
Around 7:00am, a man matching the suspect description was located and 38-year-old Adam Packer was arrested in connection. Police also found two knives on Packer during the arrest, as he’s been charged with assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
