A Peterborough Police officer has been cleared by the Ontario Special Investigations Unit in connection to an arrest made back in November.
The SIU says the man was arrested at Tim Hortons on George Street after allegedly threatening other people at the location.
The man reportedly complained to police while being booked that he had dislocated his shoulder days earlier, but refused to be taken to the hospital. As a result, no charges were laid against police by the SIU.
