A 53-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after a neighbour dispute.
Officers were called to a home in the Water Street and Hilliard Street area on Friday evening.
When officers arrived, they learned that several holes were found between two apartments. A crossbow was also found in the apartment by building management.
Rinaldo Serafini of Peterborough was arrested and charged with mischief over $5000 and possession of weapon for dangerous purpose.
