As of today, Kawartha TV and Stereo has officially been serving the community in Peterborough for half a century.
General Manager Scott Stuart says they’ve come quite the way since first opening 50 years ago.
Stuart says great service is a big reason they’ve been able to compete with larger box stores, as well as a change that was made about 20 years ago.
Stuart adds that Kawartha TV and Stereo is one of just a few stores of its kind in Canada because of it’s in-house customer service phone line.
