Peterborough Police have charged a man in connection to a pair of break and enters early this morning.
Police say just after midnight an alarm was triggered at a business near George and Rink streets and a window was broken. About an hour later, police responded to a break and enter in progress, and found a man with property that was confirmed stolen from the earlier incident.
As a result, 42-year-old Ryan Hickey was arrested and is facing multiple charges.
