The COVID-19 pandemic has made life hard in many ways, but for some it has impacted their physical activity level above all else.
Stacey Moore, a local coach, teacher and mentor, quickly realized staying active was going to be a challenge and decided to lend a hand.
Moore founded ‘FLYgirls Fitness Club’, a motivating online fitness membership for women looking for more in their health. This club is full of easy-to-do 30-minute workouts, core sets, stretching, encouragement, mindfulness, fierce motivation, and support.
The club actually started as a daily workout over Facebook Live last March and was a very popular routine for hundreds of locals.
Moore says her mission is to help busy families or individuals realize that life does not need to be lived in a state of mediocrity and be present for the most important experiences in life.
