A Peterborough man has been charged after an incident last night at an apartment near Charlotte and Stewart streets.
Peterborough Police say just before 6:00pm calls came in about an unwanted man, and when officers arrived they found a man outside of the apartment with injuries, while another was hiding in the apartment.
After an investigation, 31-year-old Elisha McFarlane was charged with assault with a hammer and will appear in court today. The injured man was taken to PRHC, and also charged with failure to comply.
