The COVID-19 outbreak at Severn Court Student Residence continues to grow.
Peterborough Public Health Medical Officer of Health Dr. Rosana Salvaterra says it’s now expanded to 44 positive cases, with even more close contacts.
Salvaterra adds there’s another 60 high risk contacts that don’t live at the residence associated with the outbreak.
As of Wednesday at 4:30pm, there are 63 active cases of the virus in Peterborough.
