There is about to be a changing of the guard for at the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic School Board.
Joan Carragher was recently named the new Director of Education. She says this is an exciting next step in her career.
Carragher has served in many roles and has been the Superintendent of Learning since 2012.
She’s also been an educator for more than 30 years
