The construction of a new Extendicare Peterborough is a bit closer to becoming a reality.
At last night’s General Committee meeting, the rezoning of a property off Towerhill Road received preliminary approval.
The location is just behind the Northview Community Church. The proposed long-term care facility would have 256 beds.
