Peterborough County OPP are investigating a nearly 50-year-old missing persons case.
Francis Harris disappeared from the Apsley area on April 21st, 1972 and was last seen at her home on Highway 28 just south of the town. At the time she was 45 years old and a mother of three children.
A photo of her from 1972 along with a sketch of her estimated appearance at age 65 have both been released by police. She would be 93 years old today.
OPP are not ruling out foul play.
