A 44-year-old woman is facing several charges including fraud over $5000.
Peterborough Police say cheques were taken from a vehicle parked at a Gordon Avenue home sometime between 10 p.m. on January 26th and the morning of the 27th.
It’s alleged a number of the stolen cheques were deposited into an account totaling more than $15,000 and money withdrawn.
Earlier this month, Shannon Michelle Mingo was arrested in connection.
