For the fourth time in less than two years, local small businesses are dealing with pandemic restrictions, and they’re still coming up with creative ways to keep their doors open.
Ryan Mallough with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business tells us that outside the box thinking has been a key during the pandemic.
Mallough says in many cases they’ve developed online strategies that can be used after they fully re-open, whenever that may be.
He says the new online footprint will benefit their local presence, while allowing them to explore virtual opportunities in other parts of the province too.
